What We Take On — And What We Do Not
We take a financial product the whole way: ideation, strategy and pricing, experience design, engineering, infrastructure, testing and rollout. We have run that entire arc twice for ourselves — Stockoon and SharesDekho — so we are not guessing at the stages we have not done.
We are the wrong call for staff augmentation by the seat, and for work with no financial-domain content — there are cheaper firms who will do that better. We would rather say so in the first call than the third month.

How An Engagement Runs
It starts with a conversation about what you are trying to build — not a capability deck. If there is a fit we scope a short, paid discovery, then come back with a plan and a commercial shape we are willing to stand behind.
From there we run the stages your product actually needs: ideation and strategy, pricing and packaging, experience design, engineering, infrastructure, testing, and rollout. Few products need all of them. We will tell you which ones yours does not.

What We Need From You
One person empowered to make decisions, reachable within a day. Access to the system and the people who know its history. And honesty about constraints — the budget, the deadline, the thing that cannot change.
Engagements go wrong for want of a decision-maker far more often than for want of engineering.

What You Own
You own the code and the IP outright. Everything we build is handed over documented, and we would rather your team can run it without us than have you dependent on us.
We price by engagement scope rather than by hours, so the incentive is to finish well, not to stay long.
